good work grace. Just 2 things: 1. can you show exact sampling locations on your map? 2. you mentioned that the soil samples are at 40C in the incubator instead of the recommended temp, how will you compensate for tihs? how much longer will they be heating for to make up the difference?

I left the soil samples in the incubater over the weekend instead of just one night.
